Mango Smoothie Baby Food

Ingredients for Mango Smoothie: 6-12 Months Baby Food Recipe:

  • 1 medium-sized mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup whole-milk yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Begin by cutting the ripe mango into small pieces, removing the skin and pit.
  2. Place the mango pieces and yogurt into a food processor or blender, and purée until smooth.
  3. Divide the purée into 1- to 2-tablespoon portions and serve or freeze for later use.
