Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Smoothies are so delicious and nutritious for your gorgeous baby! Blueberry Smoothies – 12-18 Month Baby  are so easy to make, and incredibly nutritious!

Ingredients for Blueberry Smoothie  – 12-18 Month Baby Food:

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut, plus sprinkle for top
  • 1½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 2 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon carob or dark chocolate chips

Directions

1. Place banana, Greek yogurt, coconut, cocoa powder, peanut butter, flaxseeds, dates, coconut milk, and ice into a blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Then add carob chips

4. Pulse 5 to 10 times or until the carob chips are chopped into small pieces

5. Pour into 2 glasses, and top with a sprinkle of coconut
